I ordered from Cultivate What Matters and ended up needing to exchange one item because I picked the wrong thing. The return instructions were actually clear, which I appreciated, because I never fully trust all the polished “we make it simple” customer service wording until I see how it works in real life.
It did take a few days to hear back and get the exchange moving, so that part felt a little slow. Not awful or anything, just not instant. Once someone got back to me, they were friendly and helped get it sorted out without making it a whole thing.
Overall, it was a good experience, just not super fast. I’d order from them again, but I’d definitely double check my cart next time so I don’t have to go through the return process at all

I ordered a few accessories for my planner, and yeah, they look cute, but I’m annoyed with the quality. The clips and stickers felt way thinner than I expected, especially for what they charge. Nothing was totally unusable, but it definitely feels like they cut corners and still priced it like it’s better than it is. Shipping was fine, but overall this was middle of the road and kind of disappointing.

I’ve been using this paper with my regular pens and it feels really nice and thick. I haven’t noticed any bleeding, which is a big plus for me. A few pages did have slightly bent corners, but nothing major. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely buy it again when I run out.

I had an issue with my order, and to be fair, support did get it sorted after a couple of emails. Still, it took longer than it should have, so whoever runs this really needs to tighten things up a bit.

I really like the idea behind Cultivate What Matters, and the planner itself is cute and genuinely helpful. It makes goal setting feel a lot less chaotic, which I definitely needed. That said, ordering wasn’t my favorite experience because I felt like I was just stuck waiting in a queue forever, which was kind of frustrating.
For the price, I guess I expected it to feel a little more special. The paper is nice and the layout is pretty, but I’m not totally convinced it matches the cost. It’s a good product overall, just a little expensive for what it is

I liked the stuff I ordered and the website was easy to get through. The only thing that caught me off guard was the shipping cost when I got to checkout. I even checked the receipt email afterward to make sure I read it right. I’m still happy with what I bought, but the shipping made the order feel a little less worth it. Would be great if it was a bit more reasonable

I mainly wanted this so I could keep better tabs on my goals, but it felt kind of clunky. Like, the tracking is there, but it doesn’t really do the work for you in a helpful way. Most weeks I still had to sit there and figure out where I was at myself, which kind of defeats the point. For what it costs, I expected it to be way smoother and more useful.

I really like how easy and encouraging this is. Compared to other things I’ve tried that feel like too much or get overwhelming fast, this just gives me a little nudge when I need it. It keeps me motivated without making it feel like a chore

I do like the look of Cultivate What Matters. It has a calm, feel and at first it was nice to browse around without feeling too overwhelmed.
That said, finding a few specific things took longer than I expected. The menus felt a little busy, and I kept having to click around before landing where I actually wanted to go. A couple of pages also had so much going on that it made the site feel less relaxing than it looks.

It’s not a bad site, and I’d probably still use it again, but the navigation could definitely be simpler. Also, if someone brings this kind of thing up, I really hope they don’t just respond with one of those canned “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” apologies, because that always feels like nobody actually read the feedback

To be fair, they did respond, so I’m not saying they ignored me or anything, but the answer felt generic. I still ended up having to mess around with it on my own to understand what was going on. The site is cute and I do like parts of it, but for what it costs, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clearer help when something isn’t working smoothly. It’s not awful, just more frustrating than I expected.

My box arrived all smashed up, and the corners of the items inside were bent too. It felt like nobody really CareD when packing it. Frustrating experience

I’ve been using my Cultivate What Matters planner pretty much every day , and honestly , the binding is still in great shape . I throw it in my bag more than I probably should , lay it flat on my desk , and it hasn’t started pulling apart or feeling loose .
The pages turn smoothly , and the whole thing feels sturdy instead of cheap . I’m usually hard on planners , so I wasn’t sure how it would hold up , but this one has definitely done better than a lot of others I’ve used .

I originally joined because I wanted the planners, but the community has ended up meaning the most to me. People actually take the time to reply, share what’s worked for them, and make it feel totally okay to ask simple questions. It’s calm and encouraging without that pushy vibe. I’ve had a few rough weeks lately, and checking in there has helped me feel a little more grounded and reminded me that staying on track doesn’t have to be something I do alone. I’m really glad I found it.
